HYKO in the TECHNOPARK KIELCE STARTUP BOOSTER POLAND project

On August 1, 2025, HYKO officially began participating in the project TECHNOPARK KIELCE STARTUP BOOSTER POLAND.
Under the signed grant agreement, together with the KH-KIPPER Ltd., we are working on the development of an innovative application GUARANTEE 24 - A system for comprehensive management of warranty processes.

The new solution will include, among other things:
✔️ automation of registration and warranty handling,
✔️ support for customer service and parts departments,
✔️ improve communication with users,
✔️ tools to support marketing and sales in AFTERSALES and AFTERMARKET.

It's The next step in the digitization of the industrial sector, which will improve the quality of service and efficiency of after-sales activities.
