Complaints and returns
INFORMATION ON EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail to: hyko@hyko.pl). You may use the model withdrawal form.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal:
In the event of cancellation of this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the item (except for the additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the parcel with the return of the product. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the item to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the thing back before the expiration of the 14-day period.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
GOODS EXCHANGE.
Replacement of goods is done by returning the purchased goods and purchasing a new one.
Return of goods should be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the customer, to the address of the Seller:

Please attach to the goods the original completed and signed form for returning the goods (download the form) and a copy of the proof of purchase. The cost of returning the goods to the Seller in the situation of withdrawal from the contract concluded remotely shall be borne by the Customer.
The method of packaging and transportation of returned goods should correspond to the characteristics of the item. The product should be properly packed and secured (please wrap the box in paper and only then stick it together with tape). Goods damaged during transport as a result of improper protection of the shipment by the customer are not subject to return or exchange.
Transaction refunds are made by bank transfer to the account number provided in the goods return form.
IMPORTANT: The seller does not accept cash-on-delivery packages and packages sent by parcel machine.
ADVERTISEMENTS
In the event that the goods do not conform to the contract, the customer may request a complaint in the form of:
1.bring the goods into conformity with the contract by repairing them free of charge,
2. replacement with a new one,
3. an appropriate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (refund of money and Goods) in case repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs.
IMPORTANT: The customer loses the possibility to complain about the goods if he does not notify the Seller before the expiry of 2 months from the time of discovering the non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
By this time, you must notify the Seller by e-mail of your intention to claim the goods by completing, signing and sending a scan of the goods claim form to hyko@hyko.pl.
Return should be made immediately to the Seller's postal address:

The cost of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Consumer.
